Who this covers

This website is operated by Irving Barajas (“I,” “me,” or “we”). It is intended for founders, business owners, and visitors interested in websites, software products, AI systems, and related services.

What I collect

The primary source of personal information is voluntary form submissions: contact forms, free-build applications, and consultation requests. Depending on the form, that may include name, email address, company or website, project details, budget timing, and any other information you choose to provide.

The site may also receive standard technical data typical of web hosting (such as IP address, browser type, and request timing) via the hosting provider. That data is used for security, reliability, and basic operations—not for selling personal data.

How information is used

Form submissions are used to:

• Respond to your inquiry or schedule a free intro conversation
• Evaluate free-build or project fit when you request that
• Improve services and the website experience over time

I do not sell your personal information. Free-build submissions may be discussed publicly only when you explicitly agree that selected projects can be documented as educational content.

How messages are delivered

Form submissions are sent to me by email through a transactional email provider (currently Resend). Delivery happens so I can reply to you; your message and reply-to address are handled as private business correspondence unless a free-build public-documentation permission applies.

Analytics

If analytics are enabled, they are intended to be privacy-conscious (for example, aggregated traffic measurement). They are not used to build advertising profiles for sale.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept only as long as useful for follow-up, project history, or legitimate business needs, then discarded or archived as appropriate.

Your choices

You may request correction or deletion of information you submitted by using the contact form. Do not submit sensitive personal data (passwords, government IDs, medical details, etc.) through website forms.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

This policy may be updated as the site or services change. The “Last updated” note at the top will change when material updates are made.
