As Founder & CEO of Cohabi (Oct 2023–present), I built a proptech product from firsthand house-hacking and co-living operations—leading a small team of engineers and design.
The problem
House hackers, landlords, and co-living operators juggle chats, notes, and spreadsheets. Roommates need clarity on chores and expectations. The system breaks as the house grows.
Strategy
Build from real constraints I lived through: chores, reminders, inspections, communication, and property-level organization. Own architecture through deployment across web and mobile.
