Introduction
DeAndre Woodson runs Double Down Podcast and DVN Consultations. The new site treats the host and podcast as the front door, then routes visitors into funding or credit consultation paths depending on intent—without sounding like a loan spam lander.
The problem
The prior experience leaned on dense promotional claims and a single funnel for capital marketing. Podcast content, book, and consulting services were hard to separate. Funding and credit work needed distinct CTAs, disclosures, and forms that still felt personal and credible.
Strategy
- Lead with DeAndre and the podcast, not a hard-sell landing page
- Separate funding (application path) from credit consultation (request form)
- Keep unverified financial claims offline until owner and counsel approve
- Ship real episode infrastructure so the archive stays current after launch
What was built
- Marketing site for DeAndre, Double Down Podcast, DVN Consultations, and From Broken to Breakthrough
- Home, funding, credit, about, book, contact, podcast archive, and legal pages
- Podbean RSS merge with a curated episode catalog and automatic new-episode pickup
- Funding CTA into the existing GoHighLevel application flow
- Credit, guest, and contact lead forms with honeypot protection
- Public client success stories with click-to-play video and results-vary language
- Brand assets, headshot, book cover, and disclosure-first footer copy
Technology
Next.js App Router, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Zod validation, optional Resend for leads, Vercel Analytics, and Podbean RSS (revalidated on a multi-hour cadence).
Outcome
Live at dvn-one.vercel.app: clearer host and podcast front door, separate funding and credit paths, disclosure-minded client stories, and an RSS-backed episode archive that stays current after launch.
